Where applicable, we will provide legally required notices and choices.
7. Affiliate Links and External Websites
EastCarson may link to businesses, ticketing platforms, delivery services, retailers, affiliate partners, advertisers, social networks, maps, and other third-party websites or services.
We may receive compensation when a visitor selects or completes a transaction through certain links. We may retain information about the EastCarson link selected, the referring page, the external destination, and conversion or transaction information supplied by an authorized partner.
External services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. EastCarson does not control and is not responsible for an external website’s privacy, security, availability, accuracy, or conduct.

Retention periods may differ according to the nature of the information, its collection purpose, contractual requirements, legal obligations, security considerations, and whether it has been aggregated or deidentified.
We may retain backups, transaction records, security logs, and information necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We will not retain identifiable personal information indefinitely when no legitimate business or legal purpose remains.
9. Data Security and Breach Notification
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information under our control. No website, network, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If a qualifying breach occurs, Cydewalk Media will provide notifications required by applicable law, including, when applicable, Pennsylvania’s Breach of Personal Information Notification Act, 73 P.S. § 2301 et seq.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, profiling, sales, or sharing.
Submit a request through the EastCarson Contact page and select Privacy Request. Describe your request and identify the email address associated with your account or interaction.
We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, or legal claims.
11. Pennsylvania Consumer Protection
Cydewalk Media intends to conduct its commercial practices consistently with applicable Pennsylvania law, including the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 P.S. § 201-1 et seq. Nothing in this Policy waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Governing Law and Venue
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Policy and disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding that may lawfully be restricted to a particular forum shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. This does not deprive a consumer of a mandatory protection or forum provided by applicable law.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy prospectively to reflect changes in the Site, our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations. A revised policy becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated.
If applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it through an appropriate method.
14. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
